Veggie Scramble

Ingredients
- 6 ounces of firm tofu
- 1/2 bag of frozen vegetables that includes onions
- 1 cup of mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp of granulated garlic
- 1 T. of chili seasoning
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1 T. of oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a non stick pan add all ingredients except the rice cook until tender. Plate rice add veggie mixture top with Sriracha.
