I was watching the Cooking Channel one Saturday morning and saw an Asian restaurant in New York that said this was the original way egg rolls were made. In his recipe you do use rice paper.
I wanted to figure out a way this could be done without the rice paper and still make a decent paleo egg roll. Well, I think I’ve got it. I’ll warn you in advance that you need to eat them right away otherwise they will become soggy.
