Back in the day when I ate meat. Fried chicken well fried anything was my favorite. Frankly it still is. I just don’t eat as much now. I topped this off with a little kimchi sauerkraut to make it even spicer. Did I mention I love spicy food . Of course as always with cooking top it off with whatever you like. These go nicely on a biscuit a bun in a wrap or by it self. As always have fun!

Buffalo Tofu Biscuit

Ingredients
- 4 slices of tofu
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 tsp. of poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2-3 T of oil
Instructions
In a non stick pan heat oil on medium heat. Combine the flour and seasonings. Press water out of tofu. Dip tofu in flour . Cook until tofu is golden brown about 4 min each side. Toss in buffalo sauce. Serve immediately.
