I pretty much follow the primal blueprint as my lifestyle. Below is a guide to Marks plan. Primal Blueprint suggest 80/20 rule. 80% primal and 20% at your leisure. Warning your 20% does not mean I will do 80% primal for 10 months and for 2 months I will eat everything that’s toxic for 2 months. It’s an occasional treat. Once a week when first starting then decrease gradually. It allows you some options so that you do not feel totally deprived. I still treat once a week with no issues.
