- 1/2 block of firm tofu cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup of Tamari sauce
- 2 T. of vegan worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. of garlic powder
- 1 tsp. of sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. of black pepper
- 1/2 bag (or more if you like of Trader Joes tempura cauliflower. Follow cooking instructions on the bag.)
Heat cauliflower according to bag instructions. Combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sesame oil and black pepper. Add tofu to marinade. Allow tofu to marinade for at least 15 min. Heat a non stick pan to medium heat. Dump tofu and sauce in pan cook until sauce has evaporated and tofu is slightly browned.
