Blackeye Pea Hummus

Ingredients

  • One 16 ounce can of organic black eye peas drained
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 T. of tahini
  • 1/2 tsp. of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. of coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. of cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. of cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with your favorite acoutramont.
